Not an official checkpoint service

CausewayPulse is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any immigration, transport or government authority. It cannot open lanes, influence clearance, reserve a queue position or guarantee faster passage.

No guaranteed waiting or arrival time

Camera images may be delayed or cover only part of a queue. Community crossing times are anonymous estimates based on limited recent samples. Historical patterns, holiday indicators and route guidance do not predict future immigration processing time. Conditions can change because of operations, incidents, weather, road works or events outside the platform's view.

Use official instructions for important decisions

Do not rely on CausewayPulse for immigration eligibility, vehicle-entry requirements, emergencies, turn-by-turn navigation or legal compliance. Check ICA, LTA and the relevant Malaysia or Johor authority before travel when official confirmation matters.

Community submissions

When submitting a crossing report, you confirm that it reflects a journey you reasonably believe to be accurate. Do not submit automated, fabricated, abusive or personally identifying content. Submitted checkpoint, direction, duration and completion-time data may be aggregated and displayed to other users.

Acceptable use

You may use the public website for personal journey planning and may use the official CausewayPulse widget as documented. Do not disrupt the service, bypass safeguards, flood forms, impersonate the platform, scrape at a level that harms availability or republish third-party source material in a way that breaches its licence.

Third-party data, links and advertising

Some information and images come from third-party or government sources under their applicable terms. External websites and clearly labelled advertisements operate under their own policies. A link or advertisement does not make CausewayPulse responsible for an external service.

Availability and limitation

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Feeds, features and access may change or stop without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CausewayPulse is not liable for losses arising from traffic delays, missed bookings, travel decisions, unavailable data or reliance on an estimate.

Changes

These terms may be updated when features, data sources or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply. Last updated: 31 July 2026.
